Summer Assignment
I am looking forward to a great year of AP Art History with you all. Please have all of the following assignments ready for the first day school. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me for questions.
1. Read The Pope’s Ceiling, by Ross. Be ready to participate in a spirited book discussion the first day of school. You will write an in class essay September 6th, 2019, demonstrating your knowledge of the book.
2. Take a virtual field trip to a world class museum in another country. Write a short review of the museum highlighting your three favorite pieces of art. Two pages typed.
3. Read the Introduction and Chapter 1 in Garner’s Art Through the Ages, Kleiner and examine The Annotated Mona Lisa
