Teacher Feature Shannon Waddell

Shannon Waddell is a Special Education Teacher. She started working in the preschool and is now at Monrovia High School. Her advice about working with these children is to, "See them as a child first... and as a child with unique needs second." She tells us that MHS is a truly inclusive place. She loves going to work every day, even after 20 years. She loves her job, her colleagues, school and mostly, her students.
