MHS Summer School

  1. Summer School Dates: June 17th - July 21st (Monday July 5th - Holiday - No School)
  • Semester I: June 17th - July 2nd
  • Semester II: July 6th - July 21st

  1. Registration through Citrus is open until May 30th

  1. In order to be successfully enrolled in summer school students must:

  • 1. Speak to your counselor about the courses you need to take.
  • 2. Complete a Citrus College  Noncredit Admission and Class Registration (Online)
  • 3. Provide the summer school administrator with your Name and Citrus ID#
  • 4. Complete a Concurrent Enrollment Form (Online through Citrus) 

Course Offerings:

  • English I - Biology
  • English II - Chemistry
  • World History - Integrated Math I
  • US History - Integrated Math II
  • Economics - Integrated Math III

  1. Monrovia H.S. - Summer Boost

This program is for rising 9-12 grade students wishing to bridge learning gaps in specific skills to prepare for the next course in high school. Successful completion of the 20 hours of instruction and course work earns a 1 letter grade boost to either 20/21 Spring semester grade or the upcoming 21/22 Fall semester grade.
