The Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) was traditionally considered a military exam. Statistics show that the ASVAB is one of the best career exploration tests in the United States. It empowers students to make informed decisions concerning their future career choices.

Please be assured that at Monrovia High School the ASVAB is used strictly as a career exploration tool. The test will be Coded “Option 8.” This means that military recruiters will NOT have access to the results unless permission is granted by a student who is over 18 years of age or a parent.

To sign-up, students must turn in parent permission slip and class release form to Room 109.
