Students wanting to donate who attend MHS please find an ASB member to sign up. If you are 16 years of age you must have the 2 page permission slip filled out and with you when you the day of the event. Students 17 years old must have the quarter sheet permission slip filled out and with you the day of the event. All student 18+ or visitors who would like to donate only have to have their current photo id ready. Previous Red Cross blood donors can cut the wait by filling out the questionnaire ahead of time with RapidPass. Complete all steps on the link below and bring in proof of completion.
